Fair Trade is a social movement and trading partnership that aims to promote sustainable development by offering better trading conditions to, and securing the rights of, marginalized producers and workers. The focus of fair trade is to create equitable and sustainable trade relationships between producers in developing countries and consumers in developed countries. Fair trade endeavors to ensure that workers receive a fair wage, have safe working conditions, and can improve their lives and communities through their work. It also seeks to protect the environment and promote sustainable practices in the production of goods. The fair trade movement has gained widespread recognition and support, with a growing number of consumers seeking out fair trade products as a way to make a positive impact on the world.
